Basic Life Support Training (with AED usage)
Our Basic Life Support training course aims to equip staff with a basic knowledge of first aid including CPR, recovery position, bleeding, choking, shock, and automated external defibrillator (AED) usage.
What we’ll cover:
This session will include training in basic first aid – CPR, recovery position, bleeding, choking, shock, and AED defibrillator training.
Each half day training session will teach theoretical and practical basic life support training.

First Aid at Work – Level 3
This 3-day First Aid at Work Training course is for staff who have a higher likelihood of needing to perform First Aid in their roles (e.g. care staff)
What we’ll cover
Learners are evaluated throughout the course via hands-on demonstrations, Q&As, quizzes and roleplays. You will learn the required skills and how to apply them in real-world situations.
We also have condensed versions of this course which run over 1 or 2 day sessions.

Where do you deliver the training?
We can deliver the training at your premises across the East Midlands region. We can also travel across the UK so if you are outside that region please get in touch. If you require us to find a training room near your site, extra charges will apply.
Who delivers the training?
We have a team of qualified Basic Life Support & First Aid trained trainers. Which of the team delivers your training will vary on availability but all trainers are qualified and bring years of field-served experience.
How much does a session cost?
